Two separate things: what this website collects, and what a custody record necessarily contains. The second cannot be reduced without destroying the point of the service.
Tell us what, from where, and roughly when. No obligation, and no inventory list needed to start the conversation.
What this website collects. Only what you send through the enquiry form, by email, or by phone — your name, contact details, and what you tell us about the move. Nothing else.
What a move record contains. Separately from this website, every collection produces an itemised inventory, photographs, seal numbers, the names of everyone present, and a timestamp at each handoff. That is the product, and it cannot be anonymised without making it worthless.
Who can see it. You, and anyone you name in writing — counsel, executor, insurer, accountant. Nobody else, and we do not sell or share client information with anyone.
Legal process. We honour valid subpoenas and court orders. Where we are permitted to notify you, we will. Some orders prohibit notification and we comply with those too. See our position on legal process.
Retention. Records are kept for as long as property is with us, and afterwards as our retention policy requires. Ask for the current period if it matters to your file.
Analytics. This site runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Removal. To have an enquiry deleted, email transport@floridaintervault.com. Custody records from a completed move cannot be deleted on request — they exist to protect you.
This is a template privacy policy for a site under review. Replace it with a policy reviewed by counsel before going live.
