Route · 3.5–4 hrs via Florida's Turnpike
Collections from Orlando & Winter Park
Straight up the Turnpike, and the one inland market where hurricane exposure is not the motivation — clients here are usually solving a family or business problem rather than a weather one. Winter Park in particular sends us estate and document work.
Tell us what, from where, and roughly when. No obligation, and no inventory list needed to start the conversation.

How this route runs
The drive
- Time each way
- 3.5–4 hrs
- Road
- Florida's Turnpike
- Destination
- 3562 N. Ocean Blvd., Fort Lauderdale — Galt Ocean Mile
- Stops en route
- None. The vehicle is not left unattended at any point.
Before the day
- Tell us roughly what is moving. A list helps; it is not required to book.
- For a building, we need the management contact — most want a certificate of insurance filed in advance.
- For a gated community, arrange the gate authorisation. A vehicle turned away wastes the morning.
- For an estate, have the documented authority to hand before we arrive.
- Allow time for the inventory. It is the part that protects you and the part people rush.

Common questions
- How long is the drive from Orlando & Winter Park?
- 3.5–4 hrs each way, via Florida's Turnpike, before season traffic. We quote the honest figure rather than the optimistic one, because the schedule for the day depends on it.
- How far ahead should we book?
- A week is comfortable for most collections. May and October fill up across the whole of South Florida, and a building with a bookable loading dock will usually need more notice than a house.
- Does the property travel with anyone else's?
- No. Your load is not consolidated with another client's, and there are no other collections on the same run.
- Can we follow the vehicle?
- Yes. Clients regularly drive down behind us and watch the property go into the vault. Nobody has ever been told no.
- Do you charge by distance?
- Distance is part of it, along with the size of the load and how long the collection itself takes. You get a figure before the day, not after.

4–4.5 hrs
Tampa & St. Petersburg
Cross-state, and the longest routine run we make. Tampa clients are usually consolidating — bringing property south to sit with holdings already in the vault — rather than choosing us over something local, and we will say plainly that the drive only makes sense for that reason.

1.5–2.5 hrs
Jupiter, Stuart & Vero Beach
The Treasure Coast, and the point where a collection stops being a morning and becomes a day. There is no vault of this specification north of us until you are well into central Florida, which is why clients here still make the drive south worthwhile.

3.5–4 hrs
Sarasota & Longboat Key
A serious art town for its size, with private collections well out of proportion to the population. At nearly four hours it is a planned, single-purpose run: one client, one vehicle, out and back, with nothing else on the schedule that day.
